Give each side of the property its own access plan
The front of a home rarely tells the whole access story. A rear elevation may sit above a slope, open onto a narrow patio, or have planting below the windows. Describe those differences in your request. A window that looks low from one side can present a different working height from the other.
Choose the surfaces before counting the work. You may want exterior panes throughout the house, interior cleaning only in the main living spaces, or screens and tracks in selected rooms. Naming those choices helps the team produce a scope that matches how you use the property.
Start with the property address
Cross Mountain is a census-designated place rather than a single municipal utility district. Water supply and spotting conditions should be checked at the address. Tell us what you see on the glass and which sides, screens, and tracks you want cleaned.
