A request and an appointment are separate steps
Calling or sending a quote request begins the conversation. The appointment is set when the team confirms the work and a visit window with you. If you have an event or arrival deadline, give the actual date during that conversation.
Once a visit is agreed, ask who should be available and which rooms or gates need access. If a business has deliveries or several tenants, identify the contact who can coordinate entry. Changes to the date belong in a direct message or call to the team.
Keep the confirmation handy
- The agreed property and visit window.
- The cleaning work covered by that appointment.
- The person providing entry and any preparation you agreed on.
If your plans change, contact the team with the property and agreed date. That is more useful for an existing visit than starting another general estimate request.
